SpringBuds Infant Newborn Pram Stroller is an excellent luxury stroller. It reclines to provide a great sitting position for both infants and toddlers. The wheels swivel a whole 360 degrees to provide excellent maneuverability. The handlebar can be adjusted to fit the person pushing the stroller. The back wheels can be locked in a parking position.
