Baby trend expedition jogger travel system comes with a stroller that contain three bicycle type wheels which are extra easy to roll on a variety of terrains. The front wheel swivels for and thus allows for greater maneuverability. The front wheel can be locked to make the stroller steadier during jogs so as to avoid unpredictable turns. The wheels have a quick release button for extra compact storage.
This strollers has a large storage basket that can handle a diaper bag, toys, food and lots more for you and the baby. The storage basket is covered so you do not have to worry about losing stuff when jogging or on errands. It has a conveniently place adult tray with two adult cup holders and a tray for the baby too.
The stroller feature an ergonomic, wide padded handle bar and an adjustable canopy with sun roof that shield your baby from the sun and wind.
Stroller seat is padded and has a multi-position recline. With a multi-position recline, you are guaranteed to find a suitable sitting position for your baby when asleep and awake. Seat has a five point safety harness which is very effective at holding a child in place and thus protecting them from harm that can result if they could wiggle out of their seat.
Safety for both you and the baby is increases in times of low visibility by the reflectors on the foot rest. A tether strap makes sure that you don’t lose the stroller at any time during your jog.

Transfer of car seat and baby is very easy first because of the large smooth carrying handle and also because of the ease with which the seat can be removed from its base and the easy with which it clicks into the stroller to form a travelling system.
Cons
The stroller cannot be used for jogging when the car seat is attached to it. This means you can only use it for jogging with the baby in the stroller seat only.
Stroller is recommended for use in babies from birth to about 50 lbs. But before you take your baby out for jogging check with their pediatrician to make sure their neck is strong enough to handle the stress associated with the kind of exercise.

I think the price is great for what it offers. For less than $ 200, you get a stroller and a car seat. You can use the stroller for average jogging out doors. It works well in doors because of the swiveling front wheel.
It will convert into a travel system stroller with the baby trend infant car seat.

I love the Baby Trend Expedition Jogger Travel System. This sounds like something I can totally use with grandchildren. I remember having something similar when my last son was growing up. But they have come a long way, this one is much, much nicer. Very safe and very comfy looking!

Thank you for the thorough review. This is the question number one currently for me as my baby is 2 month old and I am looking for strollers as the previous ones got too small. I had ABC design strollers and they were very stiff when driving on non-asphalted road – there was very little to no amortization as a result strollers were trembling hardly and many times my baby even woke up 🙁
I see you have written that these strollers are easy to roll on different terrains – but what about amortization? As my current strollers are also easy to roll, but amortization is terrible and baby feels even the smallest rock.

All three models I reviewed have large wheels measuring at least 12″ that makes rolling easy and also absorb some shock generated from minor bumps. I hope you find those reviews helpful.

The expedition is a great stroller for the price it is sold for. There many high end strollers in the market but they are all designed for specific purposes.
Sport strollers for example are used for running on a variety of terrains so they have features like a suspension system and large wheels. They also emphasized more on safety than many standard strollers.
Expedition is designed for moderate use for exercise and plenty of use for running errands. It folds compact for easy storage and transportation.
It is loved by many.

You can buy them together or separately; it depends on your needs. It is however cheaper to buy them as a set. It is a great but for an every day stroller for running errands.
It is not too heavy and folds compact for easy storage and transportation.

Can you adjust the handle on this stroller as people are of different height? I’m also curious if you can make the handle longer so if you run with longer strides you won’t step in the basket and still have a good grip of the stroller.

I guest blue is not chic enough for them lol. Unfortunately, the handlebar is not adjustable but it is however comfortable for parents of a wide range of heights. One answer on amazon states that it is very comfortable for parents with heights ranging between 5’4″ and 6’4″
